Aqua Spin is a dynamic 45-minute power workout on a Hydrorider® stationary bike. This class is vigorous and will increase speed pedaling through intermittent bursts of resistance. Get ready for an endurance ride!

Aqua Stand Up® is a new aqua fitness class which is inspired by the stand-up paddle board and is choreographed to music. This class will strengthen your entire body, increase your cardiovascular endurance, stabilize your core and improve your flexibility.

Aqua HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT alternates high intensity/high bouts of exercise with low intensity exercise for recovery. It is one of the best exercises to improve cardio and muscle endurance, and is a very effective calorie-burning workout. Water aerobics shoes highly recommended.

Aqua Kickboxing provides the benefits of kickboxing on land but in the water without impact and jarring on the joints. Kick, punch, strike, and jump your way into an awesome kickboxing workout!

Low Rider is a 30-minute class on a Hydrorider stationary bike is specifically designed for people with physical limitations such as arthritis and fibromyalgia. Those with existing conditions such as obesity, diabetes and injuries to hips, knees or back will also benefit from this class.

WaterinMotion is a low impact on the body in a high-energy environment. Jump in and make a splash with this dynamic cardiovascular workout that tones and tapers the entire body.

WaterinMotion Platinum takes place in shallow water and is a fun workout to improve cardiovascular endurance, agility, balance, strength and flexibility.

WaterWorx tones and sculpts your body with no impact to your joints. This workout is a fun, gentle blend of cardio and resistance training that incorporates resistance tools such as buoyant water weights and noodles.

Water Yoga is a low-impact aquatic exercise class. Perform Yoga poses in the water to help improve strength, static balance and range of motion.

 

GroupX

BodyWorx class is a full body conditioning and strengthening workout, improving functional strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.

Bootcamp will challenge all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Bootcamp consists of free weights, core and cardiovascular exercises. This class is a sure-fire way to get into the best shape in the least amount of time! 

Cardio Kickboxing no equipment needed… Cardio Kickboxing is a full body workout! This high-calorie burning workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and learn muscle with this fun and challenging workout!

Dance Fit is a dance-based fitness class with varying levels of intensity, verbal cues, and modifications, so everyone can feel successful! We will finish the class with some flexibility exercises and a relaxing stretch.

Gentle Yoga covers breathing techniques that help improve your core and balance. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class will be a great addition to your fitness routine.

Group Rx® RIP is a barbell program for people of all ages. Routines cater to all fitness levels with traditional and non-traditional athletic movements. STRONG FOR LIFE!

Mat Pilates combines movements to strengthen abdominals and core muscles while assisting with flexibility and muscle control.

Pound® is a class you will sweat, sculpt, and ROCK your body with a series of fun and effective POUND workouts that combine cardio and strength to tone your lower body, sculpt your upper body and define your abs.

SilverSneakers® Circuit offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is available for support.

SilverSneakers® Classic sets your moves to music to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support.

SilverSneakers® Stability get stronger and improve your balance through exercises that strengthen the ankle, knee and hip joints all in a fun social setting. This is designed specifically for fall prevention. 

SilverSneakers® Yoga moves through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.

Step Fusion is a way to step, kick & stretch into a healthier you. A fusion of Step Aerobics, kickboxing & yoga. Strengthen your heart and body by punching out some stress. Come to class prepared to sweat!

Tai Chi is a Chinese martial and healing art with roots that go back several thousand years. The slow and relaxed, condensing and expanding movements of tai chi provide a total exercise for the body and mind.  Tai Chi will also improve balance, strength and flexibility.  It is popular with the senior population for its ability to increase stability and lessen the risk from falls.

T.B.C (Total Body Challenge) works the full body to sculpt and tone each muscle group using endurance and  resistance training. It targets strength building, muscular endurance and core balance. 

Vinyasa Yoga in vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. The route of this practice is Sun Salutations; which brings consciousness to each movement in each moment.

Yoga Bird® includes a thorough warm-up, yoga poses for building strength, a complete body stretch, relaxation and Christian meditation. Classes are beginner to immediate level.

Zumba® is a fusion of Latin music/dance themes that create a dynamic, exiting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
