Description of Classes


Aqua Spin is a dynamic 45-minute power workout on a Hydrorider® stationary bike. This class is vigorous and will increase speed pedaling through intermittent bursts of resistance. Get ready for an endurance ride!

Aqua Stand Up® is a new aqua fitness class which is inspired by the stand-up paddle board and is choreographed to music. This class will strengthen your entire body, increase your cardiovascular endurance, stabilize your core and improve your flexibility.

Aqua HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT alternates high intensity/high bouts of exercise with low intensity exercise for recovery. It is one of the best exercises to improve cardio and muscle endurance, and is a very effective calorie-burning workout. Water aerobics shoes highly recommended.

Aqua Kickboxing provides the benefits of kickboxing on land but in the water without impact and jarring on the joints. Kick, punch, strike, and jump your way into an awesome kickboxing workout!

Low Rider is a 30-minute class on a Hydrorider stationary bike is specifically designed for people with physical limitations such as arthritis and fibromyalgia. Those with existing conditions such as obesity, diabetes and injuries to hips, knees or back will also benefit from this class.

WaterinMotion is a low impact on the body in a high-energy environment. Jump in and make a splash with this dynamic cardiovascular workout that tones and tapers the entire body.

WaterinMotion Platinum takes place in shallow water and is a fun workout to improve cardiovascular endurance, agility, balance, strength and flexibility.

WaterWorx tones and sculpts your body with no impact to your joints. This workout is a fun, gentle blend of cardio and resistance training that incorporates resistance tools such as buoyant water weights and noodles.

Water Yoga is a low-impact aquatic exercise class. Perform Yoga poses in the water to help improve strength, static balance and range of motion.



BOOM Muscle Are you ready to get stronger? BOOM MUSCLE is an action-packed class intended to help build muscular strength & endurance and cardiovascular endurance. The class combines Muscle Conditioning Blocks (MCBs) and bursts of cardio Action Intervals (AIs) for a fun, yet challenging workout opportunity. This class is sponsored by SilverSneakers®

Cardio Circuit Blast! Alternate strength and cardio exercises to keep your heart rate raised and your muscles burning more efficiently. This is a great class to gain muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Dance Fit is a dance-based fitness class with varying levels of intensity, verbal cues, and modifications, so everyone can feel successful! We will finish the class with some flexibility exercises and a relaxing stretch.

Foundational Pilates: This class is designed to introduce you to Pilates. We will move at a slower pace in order to focus on proper body alignment, stretching and developing core muscles.  Modifications given for those with physical limitations. This is great for newcomers to Pilates as well as for those who want to refine their knowledge and understanding of the exercises. Master the fundamentals before moving onto the Intermediate class.

Gentle Yoga covers breathing techniques that help improve your core and balance. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class will be a great addition to your fitness routine.

Intermediate Pilates In this class, we will build upon the beginner mat class with more advanced exercises allowing us to develop core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina.  Various props (magic circle, balls and weights) are incorporated to enhance the workout.  Exercises will be linked together in a flowing series.  Modifications given to increase or decrease the level of intensity. You will leave feeling taller, stronger and ready to start your day.

Piloxing® SSP A unique blend of lengthening Pilates, strengthening boxing, and dance moves that keep your pulse high. Switching back and forth rapidly between the three vastly different disciplines, it keeps your body guessing, your mind excited, and your heart pumping. It’s the workout that doesn’t feel like work while you’re doing it, though you’ll definitely feel it the next day.

POUND® is a class you will sweat, sculpt, and ROCK your body with a series of fun and effective POUND workouts that combine cardio and strength to tone your lower body, sculpt your upper body and define your abs.

REV & Flow: Rev up the heat and burn, baby, burn. This class dials down the pace and cranks up the intensity by connecting strength, balance and flexibility. This is a high intensity, low impact workout designed for everyone.

SilverSneakers® Circuit offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is available for support.

SilverSneakers® Classic sets your moves to music to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support.

SilverSneakers® Stability get stronger and improve your balance through exercises that strengthen the ankle, knee and hip joints all in a fun social setting. This is designed specifically for fall prevention. 

SilverSneakers® Yoga moves through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.

Step Strength is a way to step, kick & stretch into a healthier you. A fusion of Step Aerobics, kickboxing & yoga. Strengthen your heart and body by punching out some stress. Come to class prepared to sweat!

Strength, Stability & Stamina: Prepare your body to be stronger, improve balance and stamina.  This class will use a variety of equipment and body weight resistance. We will dust off some of those good old exercises & equipment you may have forgotten.  Be ready to sweat and have a good time!

Tai Chi is a Chinese martial and healing art with roots that go back several thousand years. The slow and relaxed, condensing and expanding movements of tai chi provide a total exercise for the body and mind.  Tai Chi will also improve balance, strength and flexibility.  It is popular with the senior population for its ability to increase stability and lessen the risk from falls.

Yoga Bird®: Yoga Bird, yoga practices, are specifically designed to help ease the symptoms of age-related issues such as joint pain, muscle weakness and overall stiffness. Emphasis is on appropriate movement, alignment and poses that will enhance your ability to live life to the fullest!

Zumba® is a fusion of Latin music/dance themes that create a dynamic, exiting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
