What are your hours?

PVFiT is open Monday - Thursday 5:30 a.m. - 9 p.m.; Friday 5:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.; Saturday 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.; Sunday 9 a.m. -3 p.m. The pool area closes 30-minutes prior to the facility closing.

Where can I park?

A limited amount of parking is available in the Town Square North lower lot at the PVFiT entrance. Parking is also available in the large lot next to Town Square North. Please note: members and visitors should not park in reserved parking spaces.

Are there specific times when I can use the pool?

The pool is available any time there are no classes in session. Check a class schedule for available times.

Is there someone around if I need help with the machines in the fitness center?

PVFiT has certified personal trainers who are available to assist members and answer questions regarding their fitness routines. See a staff member on duty for assistance.

I am interested in learning about personal training. How does that work?

Members can register for 30-minute personal training sessions with a certified personal trainer. This gives members a chance to have one-on-one sessions to help achieve fitness goals. Fees for Personal Training:

  • Single Session - $25
  • 6 Sessions - $140
  • 10 Sessions - $230

When I can I join a class?

Join a class anytime! Classes are offered on an ongoing basis. It is recommended to speak with an instructor prior to class about medical conditions in order to introduce modifications to the exercises.

Do I have to sign-up or register for a class?

We highly encourage registration for classes using the PVFiT scheduler. A few classes require pre-registration. Those classes are listed on our class schedule.

What is your inclement weather policy?

PVFiT attempts to remain open and available to members whenever possible. When our employee and member safety become an issue due to inclement weather, we close the health club. Closures will be announced on WGAL.com, PVFiT voicemail, and our Facebook page.

Do you close the pool area for thunder or lightening?

Yes. For your safety, when thunder and lightening are detected in the area, the pool and hot tub will close. They will remain closed for 30-minutes after the last detection of thunder, lightening, or at the staff’s discretion.
